MI: Initial Torque 
This calculation returns the Maximum Torque recorded at Test Start.

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:
Reference Curve (0=S*,1=S')

ML: Minimum Torque 
This calculation returns the minimum torque value measured during the test;

The calculation provides useful information regarding the viscosity of the green compound at test temperature.
For example, this information may be useful for:
- the correct evaluation of the force needed for injection moulding (depending from the shape of the mould and the size of the injection channels)
- the setting of temperature and force for extrusion process.

tML: Time at Minimum Torque 
This calculation returns the time, from the start of the test, when the ML point is reached (in the case of maintenance of the ML value over a period of time, it represents the termination point of the interval)

UNIT: mm:cc (minutes, minutes/100) or mm:ss (minutes, seconds) or Seconds

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:
Reference Curve (0=S*,1=S')

 
MH: Maximum Torque 
This calculation returns the maximum torque value measured during the established test time.

Depending from the product under test, from the test time selected and from the test temperature, the curve may have reached a plateau value or not
This calculation is an indication of the mechanical characteristics of the cured compound and has positive correlation with other mechanical properties like hardness and tensile stress at set strain.

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:

tMH: Time at Maximum Torque 
This calculation returns the time, from the start of the test, when the MH point is reached (in the case of maintenance of the MH value over a period of time, it represents the starting point of the interval)

UNIT: mm:cc (minutes, minutes/100) or mm:ss (minutes, seconds) or Seconds

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:
Reference Curve (0=S*,1=S')

ts_x: Scorch Time 
The Scorch time tsx is the time required for the torque to increase by x units from ML. The typical value of x for an MD Rheometer is 1 dN•m.

The scorch time (time to incipient cure) tsx is a measure of the processing safety of the compound.
For injection moulding, it provides a relative indication of the maximum available time for the complete filling of the cavities.

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:
Reference Curve (0=S*,1=S')

t'_x: time to set percentage of curing  
The time to a percentage of full cure from minimum torque t’_x is the time taken for the torque to reach: ML + x*(MH-ML)/100
Frequently used values of t’_x are:
- t’_10: is a measure of the early stages of cure
- t’_50: provides the slope of the curve is greatest at this point.
- t’_90: is often used as an indicator of optimum press cure

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:
Percentage of Curing desired.

M_x: torque at set percentage of curing  
Torque at a percentage of full cure from minimum torque M_x is the torque value at: ML + x*(MH-ML)/100

Tanƌ@ML: Tangent of ƌ at Minimum Torque  
This calculation returns the reading of the Tanƌ curve when S' curve reaches ML.
The calculation is an expression of visco-elastic properties of the uncured sample.

Tanƌ@MH: Tangent of ƌ at Maximum Torque  
This calculation returns the reading of the Tanƌ curve when S' curve reaches MH.
The calculation is an expression of visco-elastic properties of the cured sample.

S"@ML: Viscous curve at Minimum Torque  
This calculation returns the reading of the S" curve when S' curve reaches ML.
The calculation is an expression of viscous properties of the uncured sample.

S"@MH: Viscous curve at Maximum Torque  
This calculation returns the reading of the S" curve when S' curve reaches MH.
The calculation is an expression of viscous properties of the cured sample.

tR_x: Time for Reversion of x dN*m  
This calculation returns the time from test start, when a torque reduction of x dN*m from MH is detected.
The calculation is an expression of the degradation of the sample at the testing conditions.

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:
Torque decay compared to MH
Reference Curve (0=S*,1=S')

Rev_t: Reversion at set Time 
This calculation returns the torque reduction from MH at the set test time.
The calculation is an expression of the degradation of the sample at the testing conditions.

CALCULATION PARAMETERS:

Reference Curve (0=S*,1=S')

MCR: Maximum Curing Rate 
This calculation returns the maximum torque increase value in the time unit measured during the test (corresponds to flexure point of the increasing line of the elastic curve S')

UNIT: dN*m/sec

TMCR: Time at Maximum Curing Rate 
This calculation returns the time from test start at Maximum Cure Rate
