The Tensor_Check clamp range is designed for users who need to perform tests on both standard test specimens and finished products. With ready-to-use standard solutions and the option to create custom versions, you can configure your measurement test to align with your specific application needs, seamlessly transitioning from standard test specimens to finished parts without compromise.
These clamps expand the instrument’s capabilities, allowing you to perform tests on materials and components in different contexts using the same setup. Standard versions cover the most common needs, while custom clamps adapt to specific requirements regarding shape, size, or gripping method dictated by your product.
Why choose them: All clamps are manufactured and thoroughly tested to meet your needs and ensure the correct securing of the product under test.
All clamp models are equipped with a standard mounting shank for quick installation on the instrument.
If your application requires a custom coupling, contact us: we will create the optimal solution for your needs.

The list of grips shown on this page is not exhaustive.
Numerous clamp models have been produced for specific applications.
For specific needs about non-standard test procedures, please contact us.
All clamps are applied to the Tensor-Check tensile tester using the standard Gibitre fastener.
The clamp can be replaced in a few seconds by inserting the clamp shank into the housing seat and closing the fixing handwheel.
The fastening device blocks the clamp avoiding play or movement both when a force is applied in tension or in compression. This feature makes the device optimal even for complex test cycles requiring the alternating application of tensile and compression forces.

The pneumatic clamps produced by Gibitre allow to adjust the closing pressure to adapt it to the type of product to be tested. The two pressure gauges on the front panel of the instrument allow checking the applied pressure.
The connection of the clamp to the compressed air is carried out in a few seconds using the quick connectors.
Opening the clamp when the specimen is broken can be done automatically to speed up the preparation of the next test.
