Test Identification
Different groups of samples with different identification can be tested at the same time.
Each group of samples is identified by inserting Product, Customer, Order code, Lot code, Batch number, sample initial length and percentage of elongation . When the test is stored, the software automatically adds Test Date, Test Time, Software User and test identification number.
The software enables the batch number to be increased automatically without re-inserting test identification

Graph
The curves of the tests performed on each sample are displayed in different colours to ensure immediate identification of corresponding results.
Test curves for each sample are stored at the end of the test.
Graph functions (zoom, cursors, selection of the colours of the curves, scale set) are available.

Results Calculation
Temperature at customer-defined Retraction TR_xx, Time from test start to the set retraction t_xx, Temperature difference between two customer-defined retraction Delta_TR_xx-yy are calculated (See the list of available calculation for a detailed description). Up to 20 calculations can be selected for each test.
Calculation of statistical results of the test performed (max, min, average, Std. Dev., Cp, Cpk).
Unsatisfactory tests can be repeated or excluded from statistical calculation and test report

Tolerance Control
Tolerance limits for each product and for customer-defined results can be calculated from statistical analysis of stored results or can be inserted manually (see datagest software).
Both Graph and numerical tolerance limits can be displayed and printed (see image 1)
Checking of conformity of test results with tolerance limits is automatically carried out at the end of the test.
