Test Identification
The tests are identified by inserting Product, Customer, Aging Treatment, Order code, Lot code and Batch number. When the test is stored, the software automatically adds Test Date, Test Time, Software User and test identification number.

Results Calculation
The software permits to store the Mass, Volume and density of each sample. Mass Volume and density of the same sample after aging test, % Mass Variation and % Volume Variation.
Statistical calculation of the results obtained on different samples (max, min, average, Std. Dev., Cp, Cpk) are calculated.
Unsatisfactory tests can be repeated or excluded form statistical calculation and test report

Tolerance Control
Tolerance limits for each product and for customer-defined results can be calculated from statistical analysis of stored results or inserted manually (see datagest software).
Check of conformity of test results with tolerance limits is automatically carried out at the end of the test.

Test Report
Printout language selectable.
The logo on the header of the test report can be entered by the customer
The customer can select which tests and which test results to print and whether to print Tolerance Limits, Notes, Statistic.
The test report can be printed or saved on pdf file.
