Ozone Check - Humidity Control
Electronic Ozone Tester with humidity control system for the evaluation of ozone resistance of rubber samples

Temperature control

From 20 °C to 70 °C by mean of microprocessor PID thermoregulators with 0.1 °C accuracy. The instrument is provided with a refrigeration unit for temperature regulation.

Adjustable from 0,5 to 3 changes /min

Ozone concentration control

Automatic or manual between 10 and 500 PPHM by means of electrochemical Ozo-stop system with ± 3% accuracy

Ozone circuit type

Closed circuit with continuous ozone production and shooting down through self regenerating active carbon filter.

-Grips for static tests with sample traction
-Static test piece holder with planetary effect which moves the test pieces over the whole volume of the chamber for a more homogeneous ozone atmosphere exposition.

Dynamic Sample Holder (optional)

In compliance with ASTM D 3395-A standard.
To be inserted into test chamber for the study of ozone resistance of cured rubber under dynamic conditions (from 3 to 30 cycles/min).
Up to 10 samples can be tested at the same time.

Cylindrical Stainless Steel test chamber with 155 litres capacity provided with adjustable internal illumination and large inspection window

Humidity generation and control device

Humidity control system to generate from 40 to 90% Relative Humidity in test chamber to test ozone resistance in presence of humidity.
The device includes a refrigerating plant and a special cold steam generator.
