What can I do with the machine ?
The results of tests made on test plates can be considerably different from the ones obtained on finished articles.
Preparing samples from finished parts can be necessary:
- in case this is required by technical specification for the product
- if you wish to have a powerfull tool for testing the complete production process
The splitting machine permits to obtain sheets of the required thickness out of finished parts.
The operation is easy and safe.
The sheets obtained have a smooth surface and can be used for preparing samples using standard cutters.
The high quality mechanical contruction of the machine, the sharpening device with micrometric drive, the regulable feed speed and the integrated lubrication system of the blade ensure excelent results while splitting both rubber and thermoplastic products.
